Pricing questions

What does a voice minute actually cost?

Between $0.06 and $0.13 per minute all-in. The $0.05 platform fee is fixed; the rest is provider usage passed through at cost plus telephony. A budget cascade (Deepgram, gpt-4o-mini, Cartesia) runs about $0.10 per minute on our keys and $0.06 on yours.

What does the $0.05 per minute platform fee cover?

The runtime itself: every pipeline mode, web and phone calls, call recording, transcripts, and post-call processing. It is billed per second, not rounded up to whole minutes.

What happens if I bring my own provider keys?

Provider lines drop to $0. You are billed by OpenAI, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, or whoever you use directly, and we add no markup on top. All that remains from us is the $0.05 platform fee and any telephony you buy through us.

Is there a free tier?

Yes. Free accounts get a $10 one-time calling credit, web calls, the full builder, and 2 concurrent calls — no card required.

What does telephony cost?

Carrier minutes are $0.010 per minute inbound and $0.015 per minute outbound, and phone numbers are $2 per month each. Ten concurrent lines are included; extra reserved lines are $10 per month.

Are there volume discounts?

Enterprise agreements start at $0.025 per committed minute annually, and add the TCPA/DNC compliance gate, a 99.9% SLA with a named contact, and self-host options.
