VoiceLayer is the production stack for enterprise AI phone agents. Define an agent end-to-end in a single TypeScript file — prompt, process, memory, and human handoff — and VoiceLayer runs the governed speech-to-text → LLM → text-to-speech pipeline, structured workflows, and post-call processing behind it. You ship voice operations, not glue code.
Process, memory, and human escalation are first-class primitives, not prompt scaffolding. Every call runs through a governed runtime with live context loaded before the agent speaks, deterministic workflow branching, built-in guardrails, and safe handoff that carries the transcript, intent, and workflow state to a human. Each external provider — speech, language model, voice, and carrier — sits behind a contract, so there is no vendor lock-in.

We take privacy and security seriously. Authentication and user management are handled by Clerk. Call data and transcripts are processed solely to operate the service for your organization, are never sold to third parties, and are handled in line with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
