Beta / Early-Access Terms
VoiceLayer is operated by Hastkari LLC. · Effective June 7, 2026
VoiceLayer is currently offered as a paid beta. These Beta / Early-Access Terms supplement the Terms of Serviceand apply to any Services or features identified as beta, early-access, preview, alpha, or pre-general-availability (“Beta Services”). If these terms conflict with the Terms of Service, these terms control for the Beta Services.
1. Beta Services are provided as-is
Beta Services are made available so you can try evolving functionality. They may contain bugs and errors, may change or behave unexpectedly, and are not guaranteed to be suitable for production use. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Beta Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” with no warranties of any kind;
- we make no service-level, uptime, or availability commitment for Beta Services; and
- we have no indemnification obligation with respect to Beta Services.
2. Changes, discontinuation, and pricing (paid beta)
Because this is a beta, the Services are still evolving, and we may:
- modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any Beta Service or feature, in whole or in part, at any time;
- change beta pricing, plans, usage rates, and quotas on reasonable notice; price changes apply to future usage and billing periods; and
- impose or adjust usage limits to manage capacity and reliability.
Refunds and credits during beta
3. Your data during beta
We apply the data-protection and retention commitments in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum during the beta, including our commitment not to use your call content to train our models (except where you opt in) and our deletion windows (30 days after termination, with backups purged within 60 days). BYOK providers you configure continue to process data under their own terms. Even so, because beta environments change, we recommend you retain your own copies of important Customer Data and configurations and export regularly.
4. Liability for Beta Services
The lowest liability tier applies to Beta Services: our total aggregate liability arising from your use of Beta Services will not exceed US $100, except for matters that are uncapped under Section 12 of the Terms of Service. All other limitations and exclusions in the Terms of Service also apply.
5. Obligations that remain fully in force during beta
The beta status of the Services does not relax the obligations that protect End Users and third parties. The following continue to apply in full during the beta:
- your call-recording consent, telemarketing, and do-not-call obligations under the Telephony & Recording Compliance Addendum;
- the AI-disclosure, no-passing-AI-off-as-human, and voice/biometric-consent obligations under the Acceptable Use Policy;
- the AI-output disclaimer and your duty to review Output; and
- your indemnification and payment obligations under the Terms of Service.
6. Feedback
We welcome your feedback on Beta Services. As stated in the Terms of Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use feedback and suggestions without restriction.
